Nature has long been the subject of Neill's large watercolors, and mixed media prints. In these new works she explores moments where plants intersect with the human world, employing natural forms as the embodiment of myth and metaphor. Anthropomorphic, atmospheric and emotional elements intersect with the analytical for overall psychological and visual effect.

Cammarata's oils and works on paper address the power and delicacy of the earth. Subtle elements reveal man's impact on this balance. Bligh's prints focus on nature and architecture and the beauty of their meeting, sometimes imagined or dreamed.

Chris Mesarch's Artist Talk Folds of the Fan: October 13 at 7PM.
Held in conjuction with the Boston Art Dealer's Association: Gallery Talk Month.

This talk is a visual journey from an inspiration inspired by the folding fan. Looking at fans compelled Chris to become a fan painter twenty years ago. She still works with folds, but folds have become large vertical panels. Panels still set the stage for what she paints.
