Pets Unleashed : Group Show of Emerging and Noted New England Artists' Works

Where can you get a cool jolt unrelated to the subzero brain numbing weather?  A brighter atmosphere is necessary to provide a lift, and Gallery AA/B's  "Pets Unleashed" group exhibition is just the place to boost your spirits. Eleven artists accomplished in painting, drawing, sculpture and photography, show off their lighter side in this display of "waggish works in motley media".

Glorious and moody cats, a racing pig and memorable mutts are among the various friendly creatures depicted in this refreshing and upbeat exhibition. From the serene image of a cat napping, rendered in painstaking pastels - to the craggy magma carving of a dog solidly holding a stick, this show is sure to bring a smile to your lips (and hopefully fond memories of pets to your thoughts).
