Gestures is a 21st century wall relief that uses multiple TV screens, video projectors and built-in speakers, to activate space recalling early modernism and Bauhaus influenced design.
Gestures investigates the formal qualities of fourteen sequences of music paired with video and animation. The completed series of short clips plays back randomly. Each time this multimedia sculpture is viewed it is a unique experience.
Each installation of Gestures is custom designed, typically on walls 20 to 30 feet long and 8 to 12 feet high. The artists are available for other installation assignments.
